Traverse Red Blend

About the Wine:  Part of our adventure series, Traverse is a Bordeaux style red with bold aromas of dark fruits like black current as well as earth tones of cedar and fresh floral notes.  True to its name, Traverse spans the taste pallet with savory notes of black pepper and violet.  Included in the wine from Elevate Vineyards includes our own Dolcetto and Marquette grapes from our high elevation vineyards.

At present, Traverse is only available for purchase online or at Elevate Wine Club member events. 

About the Hike:  One of the most superb traverse hikes in the PNW, the Enchantments Traverse (or sometimes known as the the Enchantment through hike) has both amazing elevational challenges as well as amazing views of the Alpine Lakes Wilderness.  Out of the town of Leavenworth and up the Icicle Creek drainage basin, the 21 mile hike lends itself to memorable experiences for all who adventure through it.    

Best time to hike:  Once the snow clears and until the snow falls.
